Garstang HWRC

Garstang Community Recycling and Reuse Centre is a Lancashire County Council household recycling centre on Brockholes Way, Catterall, near Garstang, PR3 0PZ. Residents bring glass, paper, cardboard, green garden waste, plastic bottles, textiles, scrap metal, cans and cooking oil, and there is a reuse shop on site. Items left at the centre may be reused or recycled. It does not take general rubbish, trade waste, plasterboard, asbestos, tyres or carpet, and van or trailer visits need an appointment. It also lists a skip permits page among the council's services, but the centre itself does not hire out skips. Opening times are posted, and drivers are told to check the council's social media for closures caused by storms or severe weather. Rated 4.0 from 22 Google reviews, 14 of them five stars.
